Buds of Promise children's choir

"Praise the Lord!  Sing to the Lord a new song.  Sing His praises in the assembly of the faithful."  Psalms 149: 1

The Buds of Promise is Antioch’s children’s choir, where young singers explore praise songs, learn musical basics, and experience the joy of making music for God. Guided by the Children's Choir Director, Deaconess Eleria Brunson, and Music Ministry director, Anoia Hobson, young voices learn, rehearse, and perform. All children are welcome to participate and share in worship.

Chosen Jr children's Mime

The Children's Mime Ministry is a welcoming space for kids and teens ages 5-15 to tell meaningful stories without words, using facial expression, gesture, and movement.  Under the guidance of Youth Ministry leaders Ashley Magee, Shavellie Jones, Sadie Duck, and Latia Summerville, participants learn mime techniques, stage presence, and basic storytelling structure while growing in understanding of Scripture and worship.  Our goal is to foster creativity, confidence, and collaboration in a safe, nurturing environment where every child's unique gifts are valued.  Rehearsals are designed to be fun, educational, and age-appropriate, with activities tailored to small children and older youth.  We aim to present inspiring, family-friendly performances at church services.  We emphasize kindness, teamwork, and respectful sharing of faith.  Parental involvement and support are encouraged.  Practice is held on Mondays and Saturdays.  Check the Calendar under the "Events" tab for practice dates.

Kid's craft club

This lively group, led by member Shavellie Jones, provides a safe, fun, and uplifting environment. Children learn, create, and fellowship, building positive relationships through arts, crafts, and faith-based activities.  The club focuses on encouraging creativity, confidence building, and fostering a sense of community among our youngest members.  The Craft Club usually meets once a month.  Check the Calendar under the "Events" tab for the upcoming meeting times.
